A warm welcome
Hello I'm Sarah, I am a qualified counsellor and a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. I am passionate about my work as a Person-Centred counsellor. I enjoy working with adults of all ages with a wide range of issues. I believe that being listened to and having the opportunity to talk about your thoughts, feelings and concerns can be the catalyst for the change that you desire.
I offer counselling sessions online, on the telephone and face to face near Loughborough. I appreciate how difficult it can be to choose someone to talk to, therefore, I provide a free 20 minute session, either by telephone or online, so that you have the opportunity to meet me and we can discuss your needs to ensure I am the right person for you.
